Genius Creations Music LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) sells digital music downloads and artwork online at https://geniuscreationsmusic.com. Because all products are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping or mailing of items.
Digital Delivery Process
- When you complete checkout and payment is approved by Stripe, a download link is automatically generated.
- You will receive an email containing your secure download link within a few minutes of purchase.
- All files are in digital format (MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc.) and require no physical shipment.
Delivery Times
Most downloads are available instantly after purchase. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate your link, email us at info@geniuscreationsmusic.com and we’ll re‑send it.
Failed or Interrupted Downloads
In the rare case you encounter a download error or receive a corrupted file, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify your order and issue a new working download link at no extra cost.
Taxes and Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Shipping for Physical Merchandise (Future Orders)
At this time we only sell digital downloads. If we begin offering physical products (e.g., vinyl records or merchandise), a separate section covering shipping carriers, rates, and delivery times will be updated here.
