Refund Policy

Overview
All products sold on Genius Creations Music are digital downloads delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of technical issues described below.
Technical Problems
If you experience an error during download, receive a corrupted file, or cannot access your purchase link, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@geniuscreationsmusic.com. We will verify your order and send a new working download link at no extra cost.
Payment Processing
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 3–5 business days for Stripe to complete the credit to your account.
Non‑Refundable Items
- Digital music files (MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc.)
- Digital artwork or cover assets
- Any other downloadable content delivered instantly after checkout
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks for valid digital purchases will be disputed with our processor. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly and avoid bank fees on both sides.
